The Lechner guesthouse is situated in a quiet, sunny location not far from the centre of Reit im Winkl. We offer bright, friendly flats for two people. On request, you can also use the internet connection. Spend cosy hours in winter at the open fireplace and in summer at the outdoor seating area with barbecue fireplace. You can do sports in the fitness room. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the cross-country skiing trails, the ski bus, the hiking areas and the tennis courts.

Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year

Arrival Description
Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway at the Bernau exit and turn left towards Grassau - Marquartstein and from there towards Reit im Winkl. Drive into the centre of the village on Dorfstraße. Then turn into Weitseestraße. Drive along this road for about 1 km. You will pass a crossroads where you can turn into Blindau. Drive past this and take the next entrance on the right.
