Here in beautiful Reit im Winkl, surrounded by the picturesque mountain panorama of the Bavarian Alps, you will find Landhaus Andrea. Our cosy and comfortable holiday flats invite you to relax. Here you can enjoy the unique view of the mountain massifs of the "Wilder Kaiser" from your south-facing balcony. All flats have shower/WC, cable TV, direct dial telephone, clock radio, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), as well as their own parking space. In summer you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings on our terrace and the sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities. Hiking trails and the cross-country ski run are in the immediate vicinity. Your ski equipment is in good hands in our ski cellar. To round off our attractive offer, we provide our guests with fitness equipment, a spacious steam sauna, a saunarium, a relaxation room with heated loungers and a minibar. Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway at the Bernau exit and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In the centre of the village, past the church, keep right. 100 m after the post office, turn right at Drogerie Müller. Coming from Austria, turn left at the fire station and festival hall after 200 m at the drugstore.
