Arrive - breathe deeply - feel good! Enjoy the unobstructed mountain view from our house, built in 2000, in a sunny, quiet south-facing slope, approx. 10 minutes from the village centre. Each of the three comfortably furnished holiday flats for 2-4 people has a large balcony with garden furniture, a well-equipped kitchen area, cable TV, radio-CD player and a free W-LAN connection. In the bathrooms you will find a shower, washbasin and WC. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are of course provided. We have a travel cot and high chair available for our younger guests. Pets are also welcome after consultation. So that you - and your children - can enjoy your stay to the full, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the cellar. We also offer a bread roll service. Our house is a very good starting point for various leisure activities. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails, toboggan slope and ski bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner rental company/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Description of the accommodation
The east and south facing flat on the 1st floor offers space for 2 people. It has a living/bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen with a well-equipped kitchenette, table and chairs. On the large balcony, chairs, a large wooden folding table and parasol as well as a very beautiful view of the village centre and the surrounding mountains await our guests.
