We offer attractively furnished holiday flats for two to four people with TV, free Wi-Fi and south-facing balcony. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. (EUR 1.00 contribution to costs) It is only a few minutes' walk to the hiking trails and the cross-country skiing stadium with its wonderful trails. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking amount must be paid. You will then receive the invoice for this from the landlord.
