The Landhaus Theresa, stylishly furnished with handcrafted light wood, offers you an unmistakable holiday experience. Relax in one of our nine flats, all of which have a balcony as well as extensive amenities. Our wellness area embodies an oasis of tranquillity where you can really recharge your batteries. Experience pure relaxation and recreation! You are also welcome to keep physically fit on the fitness equipment we provide free of charge. Enjoy the Finnish way of life in our sauna, which is good for your body and your senses. Especially in the winter time, a sauna is a good way to strengthen your body's defences. Refresh yourself afterwards with a cool shower and relax in the relaxation room next door. Reit im Winkl offers you numerous sports and leisure opportunities: Hiking trails, Nordic walking, cycling and mountain bike trails, 18-hole golf course, cross-country skiing trails and numerous swimming opportunities, to name but a few. So everyone is sure to find the right thing for them.

Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Nette Leute bzw. prima Empfang
Angebotenes WLAN in unserem Zimmer (Dachgeschoss) Fehlanzeige. Ging nur etwas direkt an der Eingangstür.
Betten für mein empfinden Katastrophe.
So weiche Matratzen das man drin versunken ist und sich kaum bewegen konnte. Nix für Menschen mit Rücken Probleme.
Viel mehr als erwartet, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
