Interior
The villa is on two floors and the restoration has conserved all original characteristics like the visible stone on some walls, typical arches and wood beams on the ceilings.
The ground floor boasts a large, bright living room with sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and satellite TV, with a brick arch leading to the dining room with outdoor access.
Four steps will take you down to the kitchen, complete with utensils and with outdoor access, with a bathroom with shower rounding up this area.
A wooden staircase from the living room leads up to the first floor (there is also an outdoor staircase) with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, one bedroom with two beds, one bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
All bedrooms feature a fan. Location Casa Chiara is in a quiet area in the green hills between Tuscany and Umbria, near a small, ancient village and is surrounded by marvellous woods with oak and chestnut trees. Facilities The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, fans in the bedrooms, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer and parking. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (all changed weekly), internet, water, gas, electricity, baby bed and high chair.
Upon request and to be paid for at the house are cookery courses, hired help, babysitter and tastings. Important Information Small pets are permitted.

Extra costs to be paid on the spot -Heating per m3 (cubic meter): 3,00 EUR -Final cleaning per booking in cash: 250,00 EUR -Refundable deposit (to be handed over on arrival) per booking in cash: 250,00 EUR Optional extra services on request -Extra bed per week: 150,00 EUR Activities and Distances Casa Chiara is in a strategic position near to Cortona with its tall Etruscan walls, Perugia and Assisi.
We strongly recommend visiting Lake Trasimeno, where you can eat in one of the many small restaurants and even hire a boat.
Many smaller Tuscan towns are also nearby and we suggest a day trip to the city of Arezzo.
Golf lovers have a golf course which is just a half-hour’s drive away. 3.5 km Preggio, 10 km Lisciano Niccone, 12 km Castel Rigone, 17 km Umbertide, 27 km Cortona, 30 km Perugia, 38 km Lake Trasimeno, 60 km Assisi, 70 km Arezzo.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa villa di campagna. Molto comoda e graziosa come sistemazione. Davvero super consigliatissima.

Belle propriété et belle piscine. Nous avons passé un agréable moment en début de séjour. Par contre un gros soucis la deuxième semaine, nous avons été victime d’un cambriolage, les voleurs sont rentrés par la porte d’entrée et ont meme reussi à visiter des chambres alors que nous étions présents… i...

Casa e posizione molto belli! Sarebbe opportuno valutare la sistemazione dei bagni, una sola doccia per una casa offerta per 9 persone! I restanti due bagni con vasca senza la possibilità di “appendere “ il doccino. Frigorifero troppo piccolo per 9 persone ( noi abbiamo soggiornato in 6).
Comunque valutazione ottima per tutto il resto.
