Villa Katia is a beautiful holiday home with the ideal mix between modern, authenticity and comfort. Located in the city of Tarascon (Bouches-du-Rhône / Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) it is the ideal base for numerous excursions.
The large garden (4000 m2) houses more than 50 olive trees and lots of beautiful local flora. In the center of this well-kept garden lays the large, sun-drenched private swimming pool (10x5m open from April to October). From the many terraces around the house, you have a view of the garden and private swimming pool. There are large open terraces to completely relax and enjoy the holiday.
In this holiday home with swimming pool, everything is on the ground floor, ideal for families with small children or people with reduced mobility. The holiday home has been adapted to the needs of people in a wheelchair. The spaces were beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of modern elements in harmony with more authentic interior, with attention to comfort. The large windows make the house more luminous and open directly onto the beautiful garden. Here you will not be short of a successful holiday feeling.
Tarascon is located on the banks of the Rhone in the department of Gard. Major cities such as Avignon and Arles are not far away, but you should certainly also make a visit to some typical charming villages such as Chateaurenard and Saint Rémy de Provence for authentic markets or one of the many fun festivals during the summer.
But don’t forget to pay a visit to the city itself, Tarascon has more than twenty-six sites classified as historical monuments. Bear witness to a wealth of history through the ages.
