APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Very spacious, tastefully furnished 5-room-maisonette-apartment with a big balcony and an imposing panorama view over the lakes of Champfér and Silvaplana.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a big dining table, cozy inglenook and separate lounge and TV-nook.
The kitchen and the cloakroom are accessible through the living room.
On the same level on the left hand side of the apartment there is one bedroom (with two beds) with a bathroom, that offers a tub, toilet and double sink.
On the right of the apartment there are two more bedrooms (with each two beds) that each have a separate bathroom with tub, toilet, double sink.
The master bedroom is on the top floor (matrimonial bed) with a separate bathroom (with tub, shower, toilet, double sink) and also an open gallery with a small office area that offers a view into the living room and fireplace.
Please bring slippers.

The apartment is directly accessible from the garage with the elevator.
The house is located at the entrance of the village Champfér and, weather permitting, enjoys all day sunshine.
The lake, the hiking trails and the cross country tracks are in short walking distance away from the house.
There are four garage parking places that belong to the apartment and the house also has a room to store our skis in.
