L’appartement est bien placé avec une très belle vue sur l’aiguille du midi et le mont blanc. Très chaleureux pour passer de bons moments en famille.
L’appartement mériterait d’être un peu rénové, les sols ne tiennent plus, la chasse d’eau usée par le calcaire, rafraîchissement de la salle de bains. Pas mal d’éléments étaient cassé comme les tiroirs et les placards et également dans les éléments de cuisine. Et gros bémol, le ménage… appartement très très poussiéreux.
