- The Molino dei Ciliegi villa is the result of a skilful renovation carried out on an old watermill by architect Stefano Zaghini, who has been able to interpret the geometry of the old sloping houses by inserting it in a key that is both respectful of the context and innovative. The project was approved by the Superintendency of Umbria.
- On the first floor, after crossing the entrance that creates a singular transition between outside and inside, we have on the left the living area, with a large living room with a design fireplace (49″ satellite TV, Sky Cinema and Sky Sport) that seamlessly gives access to the kitchen with dining area. Note, on the wall, the pin of the old mill wheel.
- In the sleeping area, on the floor, there are two bedrooms, one very spacious with king bed and double sofa bed, the other with king bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet, the other with bath and bidet.
