Spanish Point Beach, also known as White Strand is popular for swimming, water sports and is also perfect for picnics and exploring the rock pools.

This coastal holiday home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 9: Property layout – Ground floor: - Living room with TV - Kitchen area - Dining room - Utility room and general storage room - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath, hand basin & WC Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: single sleeping 1 - Bedroom 5: twin sleeping 2 Outside this spacious holiday home is a large enclosed mature lawned garden.
WIFI is available at an additional charge. Local area & Tourist AttractionsSpanish Point is a little seaside village on the West Coast of Clare, right on the Wild Atlantic Way.
It is 4.5 km along the coast to the fishing village of Quilty and 3km inland from the market town of Miltown Malbay.
Things to do in the local area: - Whitestrand Beach - Kilkee Cliff Walk - Bridges of Ross - Visit Ennistimon - Visit Lahinch - Visit Miltown Malbay - Cliffs of Moher - Doolan - Aran Island - Willie Clancy Week in Miltown Malbay in July: traditional musicians coming from all over the world. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

Location, restaurants & very central.
Gate entrance into driveway could be a bit wider as very difficult to drive in large cars. Could do with towel rail & shelf in shower in the shower room downstairs.

Had a great stay in Miltown Malbay, close to the beach and town, great space for little kids to play and lots of toys in the house to help entertain them. Stephanie was very responsive and provided great info on places to eat and things to do in the area with young family. Would definitely come back again.

lovely big housefixtures and fittings a bit old but still in perfect working conditionbox of toys were great for entertaining the kidshouse got a little bit cold in the evening (in the Irish winter)overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone
