The comfortable detached house ALEXIA is surrounded by magnificent bougainvillea, banana plants, orange trees, fig and olive trees and offers a wide view across the Laconian Bay and the picturesque village Gythion.
The house is set close to the idyllic Valtaki Bay in a beautiful hillside location on a terraced garden property with innumerable flower pots and various terraces that create an atmosphere of quiet peace and harmony.
The comfortably and nicely furnished holiday house is built on a gentle hill covered with olive trees and is perfect for a great holiday.
From the large front terrace you have a wonderful free view across the sea and the first headland of the Mani region.
The two-storey holiday house is at the end of a quiet dead-end road and can be accessed via some steps.
Colourful bougainvillea plants are lining the entrance of the property.
On elevated ground floor is the spacious living room with a high wood-panelled ceiling.
Adjoining to the living room is the half-open kitchen and the bathroom.
From the living room you have direct access to a large roofed terrace with a wonderful sea view.
A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor.
On the open gallery above the living room there is sleeping area, another more bedroom and a toilet There are several terraces to the side of the house with cosy seating possibilities that give you privacy and retreat.
Directly behind the holiday house is a small storing and appliance house.
The fine sandy beach directly below the holiday house does not welcome you with loud music and snack bars.
Here you can quietly enjoy the clear water and the sand dunes.
There is a tavern above the beach, half –way to your holiday house that offers good Greek cuisine.
The location of the holiday house is ideal for excursions as is the gateway towards Mani, but also towards the neighbouring eastern finger of Laconia and Monemvassia and the beautiful island Elafonissos.
Don´t miss out on the byzantine Mistras that lies further towards the north.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus! Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist von hoher Qualität. Der Blick von den Terrassen ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung ist sehr herzlich und kann man nicht besser machen. Die etwas steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist wahrscheinlich nicht für jedermann gut. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme.

Un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances dans la région et découvrir mystra, le Magne, Monemvassia, la maison est très agréable avec toujours une terrasse pour vous accueillir et profiter d une vue merveilleuse ! Une plage tout à côté où l on peut aller se baigner à pied, c est une maison de vacances parfaite

Het is een net huis met fijne ruimtes binnen en buiten, met een mooi uitzicht. Gastvrije ontvangst en genoeg te doen in de omgeving qua natuur, strand en restaurants. We hebben genoten!
