In the south of Crete, close to the very beautiful, long sandy beach of Triopetra, lies the detached, generously built stone house Blue Stone.
The holiday home owes its name to the beautiful grey-blue stone of the region from which it is built.
Inspired by Cretan architecture, the elevated, two-storey detached house is tastefully furnished.
Several terraces with seating areas, some sunny, some shaded by a pergola and a wide view of the sea, invite you to sit, lie down and dream.
The well-kept, enclosed garden and natural grounds with olive trees and Mediterranean plants offer further retreats and plenty of space for children to play and run around.
The comfortable Blue Stone holiday home is located on the first and second floors, with storage rooms on the ground floor.
The combination of stone and wood inside the holiday home creates a particularly charming, cosy atmosphere.
On the first floor is the open-plan living/dining room with adjoining kitchen area (new fitted kitchen April 2018) and a bathroom.
Direct access to the front, beautifully designed, partly covered terrace and another covered garden terrace to the side.
A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the 2nd floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom with double bed leads directly onto a private terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding, marvellous landscape of southern Crete.
The highlight of this accommodation is the spacious, covered terrace, which not only offers you marvellous views of the sea and the surrounding area, but is also an ideal place to enjoy the warm summer evenings with a good book or a glass of wine.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Die Katze ist sehr weise und lieb. Wollte am liebsten dort wohnen bleiben. Es gibt Mäuse, in einem in der Nacht aufwecken. Aber das macht nichts. Es ist einfach wurnderschön. Noch schäner wäre es gewsesn, wenn nicht so viele Staubfänger - viele Trockenblumen gewesen wären. Vielen Dank.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in traumhaft ruhiger Lage. Gute Einrichtung. Grosse Terassen mit Blick in Landschaft und zum Meer. Laufweite (ca. 15 min) zum schönen und leeren Strand. Zum Einkaufen Auto nötig, aber 2 gute Tavernen in Laufweite.

Wir haben uns zu viert (2 Paare) eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus aufgehalten und durften alle Annehmlichkeiten genießen: großzügige Aufteilung, gute Küchenausstattung, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus und eine himmlische Ruhe. Nur Kleinigkeiten wären zu verbessern, wie z.B. im Badezimmer die Duschaufhängung und der Wasserabfluss in der Badewanne. Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.
