The two-storey house built in Cretan style is set in a small side road leading to the beach, near the village Istron, approx. 10km east of the picturesque small city Aghios Nikolaos.
The first level apartment „MOTHERS HOUSE“ is for rent.
The ground floor apartment is used by the owner.
On one side of the house there is an inner courtyard for shared use, that invites you to sit and relax.
It is the centrepiece of the house and is decorated with many flower pots, has a pergola with vines and is fenced by lush oleander bushes and trees.
The fine sandy beach is very close and can easily be reached by foot after approx. 140m.
This is a simple holiday apartment in typical regional Cretan style.
Adjoining to the rustically furnished living/dining room is the open kitchenette that leads to the 2 bedrooms and the bath.
In close proximity to the holiday house there are 2 wonderful sandy bays that are amongst the most beautiful beaches of the northern Lassithi coast of Crete.
Approx. 500m to the east is the sandy bay of Voulisma and approx. 1,1km further you get to the Istron Bay.
