The studio is a 1-room apartment with a modern and rustic flair.
The flat has been renovated in September 2008. Today it is a charming beauty.
Ideal for a couple.
Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Incl. heating, water, litter, bathroom towels and kitchen towels, bed linen, final cleaning.
On request garage (12.-/night). Parking regulations: The tenant of the garage also has access to the entire garage entrance.
For the tenants of the other two apartments, one of the two parking spaces reserved for our tenants just above/on the side of the chalet (free of charge) is reserved for each of them.
If the garage is not rented, a car can be parked in the garage entrance.
Surplus cars must be parked in the village.

Grosszügig und komfortabel, gut ausgestattet. Zum Mobiliar gehören ein Tisch, der auch ausziehbar ist, für Essen und „Arbeit“ und komfortable Betten, die ein Sofa sehr annehmbar ersetzen können. Die Küchenzeile erlaubt auch das Kochen eines einfachen Menues (Teigwaren und Sauce). Der Vermieter war zugänglich und kompetent. Interhome jedoch hat einen lausigen Kundendienst.

Das Studio ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Es hat Atmosphäre. Im Buffet und in den Schränken befindet sich eine Anzahl praktischer und nützlicher Gegenstände. Nebst dem Fernseher ist ein DVD-Abspielgerät (samt etlichen DVDs und CDs) vorhanden. Alle nötigen Informationen zur Wohnung und z...
Der rauschende Bach vor dem Haus mag evtl. den einen oder die andere stören. Für uns war's romantisch!
