Luxury villa for 8-10 guests · 4 bedrooms · 7 beds · 3 bathrooms and you’ll have the villa totally to yourself!
Situated on a small private estate, close to all of Belek's excellent white sandy beaches & 14 fantastic golf courses (5-15mins by car).
Belek is perfect for a family holiday and golf holidays, with an abundance of fabulous sights & local attractions.
The well-maintained private pool is set in tropical gardens and is just 30 minutes’ drive from Antalya airport, which is serviced daily from the UK and Europe.
Many good quality restaurants are close by on the Beaches, at the Golf Clubs and in the Town Centre.
The Villa is walking distance to “Land of Legends”, Turkey’s answer to Disneyworld!
Discounted Car hire or transport can be arranged from the airport upon request. At a small additional charge, I can arrange daily cleaning and a Chef for the whole of your break ,or for special occasions.
For Golf-playing guests, our Agent, who is on hand 24/7 will only be too happy to arrange green fees.
There is a large supermarket & shopping centre 10 minutes’ walk away from the Villa, called Forsamall Shopping Centre. This opened in 2000, with fashion retailers, a supermarket & restaurants.
A car is not necessary if our guests do not mind walking, and for restaurants, golf beaches and the town centre, taxis are on hand immediately at a very low cost.
There are 4 bedrooms, 7 beds & 3 bathrooms to suit 8 guests comfortably. 10 guests can be accommodated by adding 1 single bed to the master bedroom 1 & there is a massive 3-seater couch!
Bedroom 1: 1 x king-size, double ensuite, 2 people
Bedroom 2: 2 x large singles, 2 people
Bedroom 3: 2 x large singles, 2 people
Bedroom 4: 2 x large singles, single ensuite toilet & shower, top floor plus large terrace, 2 people
Security, Electricity & Water:
There is a £100 security deposit (each) paid on site. Assuming there is no damage to the property, the cost of the electricity & water used is deducted from the deposit using the meter readings taken on arrival & departure.
Short-Stay Cleaning Fee:
For 2,3 & 4 night stays only, there will be a £50 cleaning fee paid on site.
Covid-19:
Much of the country's success in containing the disease has been put down to Turkey’s so-called COVID-19 "detectives".” Sky News
There is currently a 300 Turkish Lira / £33 (approximate conversion) Covid-19 clean fee which is paid on site, and is a Turkish Government legal requirement.
