Positioned in the bustling area of Leckhampton, Hempton House is an excellent home for exploring all that Cheltenham has to offer. All the best spots are within walking distance and the Cotswold countryside is just a short drive out of town.

The sitting room, dining room and kitchen is all open plan.
Sitting room area: Seating for four, TV with Freeview, electric log burner
Kitchen area: Table and seating for six, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer box. First Floor
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2): Super King Size bed. Please Note:The bed will be made like this for all bookings. If you require the beds to be made into a twin please call and advise the booking team.

A south facing courtyard garden with table and chairs. This gorgeous Victorian townhouse has been newly renovated with style and comfort in mind. The open plan design on the downstairs makes a lovely social space for catching up with family and friends and the south facing suntrap of a garden is perfect for a warm summer’s day. To help make your stay as comfortable as possible, the owner provides anti-allergy duvets and pillows. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board and luxury bath and shower gels are also supplied.
Hempton House is set on a side street just 100 yards off Bath Road. A great selection of cafes, pubs, organic food stores and mini supermarkets are all conveniently on your doorstep to enjoy. If you are celebrating a special occasion then Cheltenham has a wonderful choice of wine bars and fantastic restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice.
Whether you wanted a Cotswolds country walk, a trip to the races or just a relaxing brunch and dinner at an independent cafe then this townhouse is in the perfect location.
There is a self-contained flat in the basement that is rented separately or can be added to Hempton House.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property.
No cot or highchair is provided.
There is free on street parking on two of the streets adjoining the property. Otherwise, an inexpensive car park is just two streets away from the property.
Smoking is only permitted outside and a mounted cigarette ashtray has been provided in the back garden.
There is no washing machine or tumble dryer. However, there is a local dry cleaner and laundry locally.
The house has five steps up to the front door.
There is a self-contained flat in the basement that is rented separately or can be added to Hempton House.
